Jamie, our vacation was a huge success! Everything went as planned. Having that app "Trip Plans" was fabulous. We referred to that SO many times for details, using both the schedule by day and the pdf of the Final Itinerary. Both had different info that we needed to see.... I think you did a great job of summarizing the itinerary & communicating with us throughout the trip, i.e., when flights were canceled and had to be rebooked. Extremely impressed with your support, it was truly appreciated. We had a wonderful time and so many memories were made. My husband and I decided to take a trip to Europe to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Searching hotels and excursions for 16 days was way too overwhelming. Jamie planned everything perfectly including a hot air balloon ride over the Loire Valley that ended up being one of the most incredible experiences of our trip, and probably of our lives. The hotels and apartments she found for us were so great. Jamie put our entire itinerary onto a handy app that was so perfect. Every detail and even all our tickets were right there at our fingertips. She booked us an incredible restaurant for our anniversary dinner. She had let all the hotels know it was our anniversary, so we were greeted with lots of handwritten notes, pastries, and bottles of wine at almost every place we stayed. Jamie Leigh has arranged two stellar trips for me. I gave her a brief list of likes and dislikes and magic appeared. The joy factor was phenomenal. Lodging and dinning were world class. Her contacts with guides embellishes the experience. She is a true professional who will take care of you. My first trip was complicated by 3 compromised credit cards. I was stuck with no access to money and unfamiliarity with international phone calls. At an ungodly hour, she held my hand to fix my situation. She is reliable and a friend for life.
